Hi I am just a biggner for DNN. I downloaded the latest version and was trying what ever in installation vedio.thought the version seems to be different as shown in vedios.I had few skins zipped. so in install/skin folder I pasted all the zipped skins . then I ran :http://localhost/dotnetnuke/install/install.aspx?mode=InstallResources Now when I ran the site on the localhost it gave err. i turned debug=true in install.aspx. so the err is : Server Error in '/dotnetnuke' Application. Best Practice is to install skins via Host>Skins. or Admin>Skins. its very easy.
