Is it possible to limit the modules shown in the toolbar at the top. When someone else logs in I only want to give them access to certain modules.

Thanks,

drabbas

Yes, you can limit this on a per portal basis. First, log in as host and go to module definitions. For each module that you want to give access to on a per portal basis, check the PREMIUM check box. Then after checking premium, a list of all your portals shows up. Then just select the portals you want to have access to the module, add them to the Assigned list, and click update.

ListX....makes you look brilliant, even though you're not.

Hello drabbas,
Also, every module in the system has the ability to set permissions. You can add roles to the system that will allow you to hide or show a module based on the role.

Does this help?
Thanks,

Hello drabbas,
Hey I misunderstood the question. Yes, pauldes's answer to this post is the most accurate.
Thanks,
