Hi everybody,

I've got a problem with my DNN 4.0.7 .

I'm trying to deploy my portal on my network and I meet a problem with my gateway.

Once I'm connecting my Portal thru the web, I succeed to catch my first page (login module) but when DNN is refreshing (postback) DNN changes the server name and try to redirect to an unknown page.

I did create some alias but postbacking DNN passes from the "web-alias" to my "local_network-alias".

What may I do ?

Thanks

check the contents of the portalalias table and make sure the web address you are trying to access is listed there for your portalid you are trying to access...

ie. replace localhost/dnn with www.mydomain.com in the portalalias field.

Restart IIS and try again.

ListX....makes you look brilliant, even though you're not.

As Paul mentioned take a look at the portalalias table and c see if your web address is in there.

Hello ESTEBEN,
SSL is usually configured on the web server in IIS. The requests are handled in IIS then forwarded to DNN as a standard request. In your portal alias you will need to include https instead of http if you specify the protocol.
Thanks,
