As a new bee I would very much like some basic help to be able to connect ListX to a mdf or mdb(Access) database placed in App_Data. Name: TestBase.mdf

Do I need to changed any thing in web.config and how does the string look like that is needed to be writen in the "Connection" when I am using the Quick builder

thanks a lot...

Hi bilsoe,

Sorry for the delay in my reply; you can connect any odbc database using listX and the Custom Connection field. As an example you can use this connection string to connect an access db:
Driver={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)};Dbq=\App_Data\TestBase.mdf ;Uid=User;Pwd=YourPasswd;

Hope this help
