Hey we are trying to play with some of your samples but they are a bit of a challenge.

Do you have the sql scripts (not SQLDAtaProvider) that we can execute manually? It seems your samples are based on a portal installed in the Northwind DB (so installing them caused a bunch of errors)?

We would like to play with this but would prefer not to taint our northwinds db (and likewise DNN data) by installing a DNN portal.

Also what is the story with your XML bits on the right of the northwinds sample? Being new at this it looks like each XML bit is a small chunk of configuration? Does that mean there are mutliple listx / toolbar mods per page communicating with each other?

Finally is there documentation specific to the techniques used on the northwinds sample? We viewed the one tutorial and it mentioned others but we were not able to find them.

Thanks.

The SQL scripts are actually in the download. Simply rename 01.00.00.SqlDataProvider to Northwind.sql. You will have to do a search and replace for two tokens: {objectQualifier} is the prefix assigned to your DNN tables and {databaseOwner} is the user who created your database (usually "dbo."). The scripts should be executed against your DNN database. DNN does not need to be installed in your Northwind database; we are using two separate databases called Northwind and Northwind_DNN. The scripts explicitly refer to the Northwind database so the only requirement is they be on the same server.

You are correct that there are multiple ListX and Toolbars on these pages. Toolbar is designed to raise messages for ListX, so the two work together, making NukeDK a fantastic solution for DNN based applications.

We are still developing tutorials. They take a while to put together, but we're constantly working on them. We'll notify users through the newsletter as more tutorials become available.

I actually just bit the bullet and created an install (DNN) in the Northwind DB.

I have executed the stored procs that are a download from your site and the module - though the module created errors on execution.

Currently we are running into several issues and it would be great to discuss directly... i will post our success back here once we get things in order.
