Help, I'm trying to move up to the new NukeDK 1.7.6, but toolbar is not cooperating.

I've loaded a new instance of toolbar, within the settings I've loaded the global default settings, no icons yet.  When I try to save it acts normal.  When I go back into toolbar settings, nothing is there. It will not save any configuration settings.

This is a new, clean DNN 4.3.3 setup. New install of toolbar and Listx. Listx seems OK. I've reinstalled toolbar, no change.

I did receive one error message, one time.  I was trying to move toolbar settings from another DNN 3.1 install. I loaded the XML from the old setup. When updated, I received an DNN error about not loading the module (Something about index, I don't remember specifically). I when back into the toolbar settings and nothing was there.  I have not been able to save settings since.

How did you copy the settings from 3.1? Could you post or email what you pasted into the XML for the new setup?

I'm experiencing the same issue with NukeDK 1.7.6, but I'm running on DNN 4.0.2.

After saving a newly created toolbar item, I receive the following error at the top of the screen...
A critical error has occurred.
Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index

Also a General Exception was thrown In the DNN Log Viewer...
DefaultDataProvider: DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider, DotNetNuke.SqlDataProvider
InnerException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index

The ToolbarSettings table only shows the TabID and ModuleID fields populated. The SettingValue field is empty.
