11/11/2007 11:48 PM Alert
I have loaded the Doctor Management application into DNN 4.6.2. I am running ListX 1.9.9 and Toolbar 1.9.8.8.
I created my own page to mimic the Specialty page and the filter and ListX works good. I copied everything by cloning the page. The Toolbar at the bottom was copied over but when I try to edit is nothing happens. If I try to replace the XML it reverts back to a base Toolbar instance with no code.
I tried adding a toolbar to the bottom of another page, and same results.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Hello internet_red,
Yes, you cannot use the clone feature with listx in DNN. You will need to remove the listx you created and add a new one. Inside the listx you want to copy, there is an icon on the top for XML. Copy that XML out of the one listx and into the new one. Then press 'load' and 'save and continue'. That will copy your listx for you.

I have the same problem...But I dont understand this reply??? What are you saying? All we have done is Import the LP package for the Doctor Management app. wehn you edit anything in the toolbar it either produces and error or removes all toolbar opitons. Please detail more what you are trying to say.

Sorry for the confusion - grab the latest patch from snowcovered for both ListX and toolbar. The problem will be resolved.

I have updated to ListX 1.9.9.4 and Toolbar 1.9.9 as suggested. Seems to be better but toolbar is saving the buttons now but seems to be losing the header/seperator/item/footer info for some reason on the edit load/save. I am new to this so I may be doing something wrong. But if you go in a change something simple like a button name then save the buttons they still dissappear from the resulting page display. But when you edit (view options) again and select Load Defaults option for header/seperator/item/footer and then Update they come back but with a different layout than before you start the edit process.

That may have been some transient problem as it appears to be OK now after an App Restart

Yes, it was possibly a dll caching issue. Please let me know if you run across any further problems.
