hi all,

I built a really simple form to insert some information into a table. In IE7 the insert appears to hapepn twice although the listx debugging only shows one instance firing. i do get two records containing the same information. In Firefox i only get one record.

Hi Jwmott,

I could not load your configuration properly. Would you mind uploading it once again?

Thanks,

Do not use input type="submit" that will fire the action twice in IE use input type="button" and onclick to do your action

Hope this helps

Interesting I have five other modules using input type = image and they work fine. these modules are on other pages and the misbehaving module is on it's own page, however, the changes you suggested seem to work.
