Hi There ListX guys!

I have two listX modules, one which contains the sort headers and a second which renders the results. To get them to work together, the top listx sets a session variable to the value of its SORTTAG.
This session variable is then used by the lower listx to apply the sort to its query.

The problem I have is that the sort is persisting when the page is left and returned to and what I would like to do is to reset the sort order to a default sort whenever the page is first hit.

The message actions that I have tried to apply in the listX that holds the sort headers are as follows:

Assignment: Assign variable 'sesSort' to 'total Desc, number Desc'.

Assignment: Assign variable 'sesSort' to '[SORTTAG]'.

Assignment: Assign variable 'SORTTAG' to 'total desc, number desc'

The final assignment is not resetting the SORTTAG.

As an alternative route, is there any way in which I can get the lower listx to listen for the message raised by the click on the sort link in the upper listx? If so, what message action and value do I need to listen for?

Here is one of my sort links
<a {SORT,number,Ball No,Ball No,Ball No,Desc,3}>{SORTHEADER,3}</a>

If you could help out, i'd appreciate it

Regards
Mark
